Email Me - Walt's Camera World - My Kitties Billy This is Billy roaming around out at the Tillamook Air Base by the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Nov. 14, 2010. This is when I started feeding him whenever I saw him out there in my travels. On this day, Jan. 30, 2011, I had decided to travel out there every day to feed Billy. By this date I had found out that his name was Billy and he was about five years old and been neutered. A person that had a business out at the port use to feed some feral kitties out there and Billy was one of them. When he give that business up he built a really nice shelter and run in his back yard for his kitties and moved most of those kitties home with him after he left. Billy wouldn't go into a trap so he was still out there all on his own. No matter what the weather was Billy was usually waiting for me when I got there to feed him. I would spend up to an hour each day feeding and visiting with him. On March 25th I manage to trap Billy on the third try. Sardines did the trick! ha ha I kept him in a large cage in my front room for awhile -- maybe almost a couple of weeks. After that I let him out to roam around inside the house.
