Female Rufous Hummingbird. They fly south for the winter.
They show up here on the north oregon coast about February - March.
Male Rufous Hummingbird
Rufous Hummingbirds seem to show up in the spring when the Pussy Willows are in bloom.
So keep an eye and ear out for these little guys when the Willows are in bloom.
